02 · Parts
Three parts. One tooth.
Each implant is planned as three separate parts: the body that sits in the bone, the abutment that connects it, and the visible crown.
03 · Surface
A surface that bonds with the bone.
The roughened titanium surface makes it easier for bone cells to attach.

- ≈ 3 months
04 · Treatment
A new tooth, in two stages.
The implant is placed first. Once it has healed, the crown is fitted.
All-on-6 describes a full-arch fixed restoration supported by six implants in one jaw. Suitability depends on the bone available, the planned restoration and the demands of your bite.
Planned around your needs
Six implants may be selected as part of the support design. More implants do not automatically mean a better result; the recommended approach should be explained in relation to your anatomy and needs.
What treatment may involve
Assessment is followed by agreed surgical and restorative stages. The plan establishes whether temporary teeth can be provided and when the definitive restoration can be fitted.
What to understand before deciding
Additional implants mean additional surgical sites and costs. The approach does not remove the need for careful hygiene or eliminate the possibility of implant failure or restoration repair.
How do I choose between All-on-4 and All-on-6?
Discuss the clinical reasons, alternatives and maintenance needs with your dentist. The number should follow the assessment rather than a package preference.
