Treatment Process

From consultation to confidence.

Understand Apollon Clinic’s patient journey, from your first conversation and clinical assessment to an agreed plan, treatment and follow-up.

Bright waiting corridor

A clear process helps you feel involved in your care. The exact pathway depends on your clinical needs, but each stage should have a purpose you understand.

  1. Share what matters to you

Tell us about your concerns, dental history and expectations. If you are travelling, discuss your location and availability without making assumptions about treatment timing.

  2. Explore preliminary options

Records may help the team outline possibilities. Any remote guidance is provisional and cannot confirm diagnosis or suitability.

  3. Attend a clinical assessment

Your dentist examines your teeth and gums, reviews your medical history and requests appropriate investigations. This assessment establishes the basis for a recommendation.

  4. Understand your treatment plan

Discuss the reasons for treatment, alternatives, risks, likely stages, estimated costs and maintenance. Ask questions and take time to decide. Your informed consent is needed before treatment.

  5. Receive care in agreed stages

Your dentist monitors how treatment is progressing. If findings or healing require a change, the reasons and implications should be explained and consent revisited.

  6. Review and maintain

The plan should include instructions for recovery, routine care and follow-up. Discuss what happens if you have concerns after you leave the clinic.
