02 · Parts
Three parts. One tooth.
Each implant is planned as three separate parts: the body that sits in the bone, the abutment that connects it, and the visible crown.
03 · Surface
A surface that bonds with the bone.
The roughened titanium surface makes it easier for bone cells to attach.

04 · Treatment
A new tooth, in two stages.
The implant is placed first. Once it has healed, the crown is fitted.
All-on-4 describes a full-arch fixed restoration supported by four implants in one jaw. It is an option for selected patients with no remaining teeth, or teeth assessed as unsuitable to retain.
Planned around your needs
The aim is to restore an arch with a carefully planned support arrangement. Your dentist assesses bone distribution, bite and the restoration design before recommending the number and position of implants.
What treatment may involve
Some suitable patients may receive a fixed temporary restoration soon after placement. The final restoration and timing depend on healing and the clinical plan.
What to understand before deciding
It is not suitable for everyone and does not always avoid grafting. Healthy, treatable teeth should not be removed simply to fit a predefined approach. Implant and restoration complications can occur.
Does “four” mean four implants for both jaws?
No. The term refers to four implants supporting a restoration in a single jaw. Each jaw requires its own assessment.
